Our method

From planning to handover

A consistent method applied to every project, regardless of the size of the works.

  1. Study & planning

Reviewing the project requirements, drawings and specifications, and defining the scope of works and the resources required.

  2. Mobilisation

Preparing resources — workshops, equipment and teams — and sequencing the works against the programme.

  3. Execution

Carrying out construction and infrastructure works to the approved specifications, with continuous on-site follow-up.

  4. Quality control

Reviewing and testing completed works and verifying compliance with specifications before moving to the next stage.
